Private instruction is a fantastic way for any student to create a more nuanced understanding of body and breath. The unique relationship between practitioner and teacher encourages a tailored practice that focuses on the specific needs of the student.

Beginners Yoga

For students new to yoga, one on one attention can provide clear and safe insight into the basic alignment of a pose and will serve to prepare the student for a group class setting.

Yoga Therapy

For students who are working with injury, new or old, or have just recovered from surgery, yoga can be a great alternative to clinical rehabilitation. In addition to creating stretch and support for any injured areas to heal, yoga serves to create a body awareness that acts as preventative medicine. 

 



Group and Corporate Privates

Working in the comfort of work and home can provide a stable and comfortable environment in which to build a regular practice. With the encouragement of a few friends or coworkers, we can maneuver the practice type and time around your schedule. 



Advanced Asana Coaching/Asana Clinic

For the student who has been practicing for awhile but still struggles with the detailed mechanics of the more advanced asana including arm balancing, inverting, and binding, and pranayama, private sessions can provide a breakdown of the subtleties of the asana and in order to find clarity and freedom in the shapes.
